Repairing A Broken Heart pt3 ch1

Very soon all chores were finished and the light turned into darkness, it was time for bed, but not for Maya. She usually comfort Cara and tuck her in before she goes   to bed, just as the story she was reading to Cara was about to finish her phone vibrated, Maya didn’t stop reading as she never let anything distract her when she is tucking her daughter in.

By the time the story was finish Cara was in deep sleep, Maya got up off Cara’s bed and walk towards the exit, she switch the light of leaving the electric lamp on. As she exited the room her phone rang she answered and walked to the bathroom as she spoke to the person, her sister who as been helping her since she and Josh separated had called her cell from the land line from downstairs to ask if she would like a cup of coffee, she told her yes and then disconnected the call.

Maya then filled her bath with warm water and undressed herself then rap her bath towel around her body covering from her breast to her tuna taco. She then stood in front of the mirror undoing her eye shadow, as she stood there her taught strayed to her past life which had her standing motionless for a few minutes. Maya heard a knock on the bathroom door as she answered  her sister said, it’s been twenty minutes and i haven’t heard a sound from you. Are you OK”, yes” replied Maya.
I have your tea here” she said so Maya opened the door and took a cup of ginger tea from Olivia and said thank you as Olivia walk away Maya closed the door, then she placed the cup of tea on a small coffee table next to the tub, and dropped the towel and stepped into the bath of warm water where she lay down.

Not very long after she got into the bath her phone started ringing Maya looked to see who was calling, to her surprise, it was Fernando, calling trough messenger.

Maya looked frightened, as she put the phone back on the table, she said this guy must be obsessed. Immediately the call ended, not long after she received a message saying, please pick up the phone i am dying to hear your voice.
Maya was surprised to see someone blowing up her phone with messages for she never had anyone texting her without her permission and he had been sending messages in comments ever since he saw her profile, she didn’t give him any attention, she took a shower and went to bed.
